1. The Company provides its employees with all social benefits, guarantees and compensations established by RF current legislation, Industry tariff agreement in RF power industry for years 2007-2008 and Collective Agreement of OJSC “Territorial generating company No.5”.

 

2. The Employer gives partial compensation of dwelling rent costs for the first 12 months of work in the Company at the rate of not more than 700 RUR a month to employees – university graduates who have been invited by the Employer to work and who have lived in another place before starting work.

 

3. The Company grants material aid to each employee for wedding (if it is his/her first wedding) at the rate of 2400 RUR.

 

4. The Company grants material aid in case of a child’s birth to:
- employees who have continuous record of work in the Company of 2 years and more – at the rate of 10000 RUR for a child.
- employees who have continuous record of work in the Company of less than 2 years – at the rate of 2400 RUR for a child.
If both child’s parents are the Company employees and they are officially married, the material aid is given to each of them.

 

5. The Company grants material aid to employees who are in the paid maternity leave at the rate of 500 RUR a month for the first six months of the leave.

 

6. The Company recovers its employees’ expenditures:
a) of keeping in preschool institutions of employees’ children, in the families of which the amount of income for one family member does not exceed 2400 RUR a month – at the rate of 300 RUR a month for a child;
b) of purchasing of vouchers to children's health camps to employees’ children, in the families of which the amount of income for one family member does not exceed 2400 RUR a month – at the rate of 5000 RUR a year;
c) of keeping of disabled children in preschool institutions - at the rate of 500 RUR a month for a child and purchasing vouchers to children's health camps for them – at the rate of 8000 RUR a year.

 

7. The Company participates in rest organization of employees’ children in children's health camps and purchases vouchers for them under the conditions determined by the Social Insurance Fund, taking into account the determined limit of standard allocations with partial compensation of the voucher price at the cost of employee’s means at the rate of not more than 20 percent.

 

8. The Company participates in organization of sanatorium-and-spa treatment of employees who have the appropriate medical indications and purchases vouchers for sanatorium-and-spa treatment of such employees under the conditions determined by the Social Insurance Fund, taking into account the determined limit of standard allocations with partial compensation of the voucher price at the cost of employee’s means at the rate of not more than 20 percent.

 

9. The Company grants lump-sum material aid to Company employees on Powerman Day at the rate of 2500 RUR in the order of discounting of the established payment for electric and heat energy.

 

10. The Company pays rewards to employees who have special and departmental awards and titles of honour.

 

11. The Company gives material aid subject to work record at the rate of 0.5 – 1 official salary to employees who are 50 and older (and after that every 5 years) and who have the awards of special and (or) corporate importance in connection with jubilee date for excellent work execution, long and perfect work.

 

12. In case of employee’s voluntary termination of his employment contract by attainment of retirement age the Company pays the material aid at the rate of 0.3 – 2 official salaries subject to total record of work in the Company and also subject to number of years when an employee worked from the moment of giving of work pension to him.

 

13. The Company gives material aid to non-working pensioners who retired from the Company for the Day of elderly people, Powerman Day and to the participants of World War II, home front toilers and soldiers – internationalists for Victory Day subject to the record of work at the rate of 300 – 600 RUR.

 

14. The Company grants lump-sum material aid:
- for burial of deceased relatives – 3600 RUR;
- for burial of pensioners who retired from the Company and worked in it for not less than 10 years – 3600 RUR;
 - for burial of employees’ immediate relatives (husband/wife, children, parents) – 3600 RUR.

 

15. The Company grants material aid in addition to the standards established by the legislation in case of an employee’s death from the systemic disease or an accident in everyday life, to the deceased person’s family, if they have presented the death certificate, in sum of 7500 RUR;

 

16. The company provides lump-sum material payment in case of:
An employee’s death at work – to each his dependant at the rate of the deceased person’s annual salary;
An employee gets disability as a result of injury and the employer is guilty or as a result of occupational disease at the rate of:
- disabled people with the first disability group – 75 percent of annual salary;
- disabled people with the second disability group –50 percent of annual salary;
- disabled people with the third disability group –30 percent of annual salary.

 

17. The Company also provides the additional payment to the welfare payments for non-working disabled people who have become disabled as a result of injury and the employer is guilty, for children of the employee who has died at work – at the rate of a minimal remuneration of labour for the period of payment of indicated benefits.

 

18. The Company gives the opportunity of retraining, employment assistance and determination of preferential terms and operating mode, according to medical recommendations, to employees who have lost working capacity due to injury or occupational disease;

 

19. The Company provides its employees with annual paid vacation for 28 calendar days regardless of working week duration.

 

20. If an employee goes to the paid vacation, the Company provides him with material aid at the rate of 2700 RUR.

 

21. The Company employees are provided with annual additional paid vacations:
- For work with harmful and (or) hazardous working conditions;
- For multiple shifts.

 

22. The Company provides additional paid vacations:
- to father or mother or the other person who is bringing up children – pupils of junior school (1 – 4 grades) on the Day of Knowledge (on September 1st and if September 1st is a weekend – on the next working day) – 1 working day;
- to father in case of a child’s birth – 3 working days;
- in case of an employee’s wedding – 3 working days;
- in case of employee’s children’s wedding – 2 working days;
- in case of employee’s husband/wife’s death, death of his family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters) – 3 working days.
